What we do
Codev

A team that ships alongside you.

Co-development for teams that need senior, hands-on help now — we embed, move at your cadence, and leave the codebase better than we found it.

How co-development works

Sometimes you do not need an agency holding a project at arm’s length — you need more good hands inside your own team, this quarter. Codev is exactly that: we join your stand-ups, your repo, and your roadmap, and start shipping with you instead of beside you.

We move at your cadence and in your stack, not ours. The point is to add capacity and senior judgement without adding process or a translation layer — you set the direction, we help you get there faster, and the work shows up in your pull requests, not in a status deck.

And we are built to hand the keys back. We document as we go, level up the team around us, and leave when the work is done — the goal is a codebase and a team that are stronger after we are gone, not a dependency on us.

What we hold to

Proof

We embedded with Lattice Labs’ ops team, shipped durable tooling alongside them, and stayed on to extend it — new workflows now land in days, not quarters.

Questions we get

How is this different from hiring an agency?
An agency takes a project away and hands it back. We work inside your team — your repo, your stand-ups, your roadmap — adding capacity and senior judgement without a translation layer in between.
Do you work in our stack?
Yes. Codev means working in your tools, your conventions, and your cadence, not importing ours. The work lands in your pull requests and looks like it belongs there.
How long does an engagement run?
As long as it is useful and no longer. Some are a few intense weeks to clear a deadline; others are an ongoing retainer. We are built to hand the keys back, so you are never locked in.
What size of team do you slot into?
Anything from a solo founder who needs a second senior brain to an established team that is one or two people short of its roadmap. We scale the embed to the gap, not the other way round.
